If you run a Shopify store, the 3PL you pick decides how fast orders go out, how much each one costs, and how often something ships wrong. This list ranks the fulfillment partners that fit Shopify brands best in 2026 — sorted by who they actually serve, not by who spends the most on ads.
We looked at native Shopify sync, per-order pricing, ship speed, accuracy, and what happens when an order goes wrong. Notes on how we evaluate are at the bottom.
Simpl is a D2C 3PL built for Shopify-native brands. Orders drop straight into the system through a native Shopify connection, and inventory counts sync in real time, so what your store shows is what's on the shelf.
Pricing starts at $7/order, flat. That rate covers three picks, postage, and packaging — no per-service line items stacked on top. There's a $750/month account minimum, billed pay-the-difference: you're only charged the gap if a month comes in under it, not a flat fee on top of your orders.
Orders received before 12pm CT ship the same day. Accuracy runs 99.99%, and when something does ship wrong, Simpl covers the fix (return shipping and re-fulfillment) at their cost, not yours. Every shipment moves on UPS, USPS, or FedEx with real-time tracking, and the carrier cost is already inside the flat per-order rate.
You also get a dedicated account manager: a real person who knows your account, reachable by email with same-day (often faster) responses. A branded returns portal is included for every client.

ShipBob runs a network of 40+ US warehouses and 50+ locations globally, which makes it a fit for brands that want inventory split across regions for faster, cheaper zone-based shipping at scale. It leans enterprise: more warehouse options, more configuration, and pricing that reflects that complexity.
ShipBob ships across UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Veho, a crowdsourced last-mile network operating in 60+ markets. Pricing is not published on ShipBob's website — rates are customized for each customer and require a quote. Same-day fulfillment is available at most locations, with cutoffs between noon and 6PM local warehouse time.
ShipMonk targets brands with large catalogs and sales spread across several channels. Its Virtual Carrier Network selects from major and regional carriers per shipment by algorithm, which can help on rate optimization for high-volume senders.
Pricing is not published on ShipMonk's website — rates are volume-based and require a quote. A monthly minimum applies (calculated as a percentage of projected order volume and pick fees), with the exact dollar amount set during the sales process. ShipMonk advertises 2-day nationwide shipping rather than a same-day fulfillment service.
Fulfyld is a D2C-focused 3PL with a boutique, hands-on account model. Brands that want a close working relationship with their fulfillment team, rather than a ticket queue, tend to look here.
Fulfyld publishes its rates: shipping starts at $7.56/order for packages in the 4–12 oz range, with the rate covering pick and pack (up to 5 items) and carrier cost. Orders in by 1PM local time ship the same day. Fulfyld operates a single facility in Madison, AL — useful for a consolidated footprint, though it means no multi-region split.
Every 3PL on this list is scored on the things that actually move a Shopify brand's numbers:
We refresh this list monthly. Pricing and service details change; the "last updated" date at the top tells you how fresh the read is.
Cheapest per-order rate isn't the same as cheapest all-in. A low pick rate with add-ons for postage, packaging, and receiving can cost more than a flat rate. Simpl starts at $7/order flat, with picks, postage, and packaging included, so the quoted number is close to the real one.
Simpl connects natively to Shopify and Shopify Plus, with real-time inventory sync. Confirm current integration details with any provider before you commit.
With Simpl, orders received before 12pm CT ship the same day. Cutoffs vary by provider and by warehouse location, so ask where your inventory would sit.
Simpl runs 99.99% accuracy and covers the fix (return shipping and re-fulfillment) at their cost. Policies differ across providers; ask who pays when a mistake happens.
