Complex-catalog fulfillment
Most 3PLs cap at simple catalogs. We handle 1,000+ SKU brands.
Apparel, footwear, beauty, and multi-variant CPG. We store, pick, and ship variant-heavy catalogs with accuracy generic 3PLs can't hold, same-day when your order is in before 12pm CT.
Why high-SKU catalogs break generic 3PLs
A catalog with a handful of products is easy to fulfill. A catalog with a thousand is a different job, and most 3PLs are built for the first one.
Variant count is where it breaks. When a picker faces 12 sizes and 3 colors of the same style sitting side by side, the wrong one ends up in the box. Inventory drifts because counts get tracked at the style level instead of the exact size and color. Receiving slows to a crawl when hundreds of new SKUs hit the dock with no system to sort them by variant. The brand feels all of it as oversells, mispicks, and returns it never should have caused.
We built our storage and picking around high-variant catalogs, so accuracy and speed hold as your range grows.
How we keep accuracy at 1,000+ SKUs
Every size and color is stored and tracked as its own SKU with real-time inventory visibility, so a size 9 in black never gets picked when the order says size 10 in white. The picker confirms the exact variant against the order before it's packed. Our order accuracy runs 99.99%, and on the rare miss we cover the fix, return shipping and re-fulfillment, at our cost.
The SKU math is why this matters. One style in 5 sizes and 4 colors is 20 SKUs. Scale that to 40 styles across 12 sizes and 3 colors and you're managing over 1,400 active SKUs. Counts kept at the style level fall apart at that scale. Counts kept at the variant level hold.
Built for variant-heavy verticals
-
Apparel & fashion
Size-by-color matrices multiply fast: one tee in 5 sizes and 6 colors is 30 SKUs. We track each variant separately and pick the exact one, so a customer who orders a medium in navy gets a medium in navy.
-
Footwear
Footwear catalogs run into the thousands of SKUs once you multiply styles by sizes and widths. We organize storage and picking around that count, and ship each pair in a right-sized outer mailer so the box arrives crush-free.
-
Beauty & cosmetics
Shades, sizes, and gift sets turn a small line into a deep catalog, and many units are fragile. We track each shade and size as its own SKU, handle fragile units carefully, and keep counts accurate as you launch new products.
-
CPG with many flavors & variants
Flavors, sizes, and multipacks stack up quickly, and single units and bundles often share the same stock. We track every variant and every pack configuration, so the right unit ships every time.
Most 3PLs vs. Simpl
Most 3PLs turn away complex catalogs. We don't. Here's how we compare on the things that matter to a high-SKU brand.
- Complex catalogs. Most 3PLs turn variant-heavy brands away or bury them in surcharges. We're built for them, so 1,000+ SKU catalogs are the specialty, not the exception.
- SKU ceiling. Most 3PLs hit practical caps once counts climb into the thousands. We have no SKU ceiling; storage and picking scale with your range.
- Pick accuracy. Most 3PLs pick at the style level, where the wrong size or color slips into the box. We pick at the variant level, with the exact size and color confirmed against the order.
- Receiving on large catalogs. At most 3PLs, big SKU receipts sit for days before they're sellable. Our receiving turnaround is 1–3 days, even on large catalogs.
- DTC and wholesale. Most 3PLs put retail orders on a separate account or in a separate warehouse. We fulfill both channels from the same stock, one inventory.
One inventory, DTC and wholesale
You don't need two 3PLs to sell direct and sell to retailers. We fulfill both from the same stock. Direct orders go out pick-and-packed and same-day. Wholesale ships palletized and retailer-compliant, with EDI, routing guides, packing slips, and ASNs when your stockists require them. One inventory pool, one count, no double-buying to cover two channels.
Most 3PLs turn away complex catalogs. We don't.

Frequently Asked Questions
There's no hard line, but brands usually feel it once active SKUs climb past a few hundred and toward the thousands. Variant matrices get you there fast: 40 styles in 12 sizes and 3 colors is over 1,400 SKUs. Every variant is stored and tracked as its own SKU with real-time inventory, and the picker confirms the exact size and color against the order before it's packed. Our order accuracy runs 99.99%, and on the rare miss we cover the return shipping and re-fulfillment at our cost.

Pricing starts at $7/order flat, which covers the pick, packaging, and postage, at the same rate whether you ship 50 orders a month or 5,000. There's a $750/month account minimum billed pay-the-difference, so if a month's orders come in under $750 you're charged only the gap. No hidden fees or surprise surcharges for a complex catalog.
