Pricing
Starts at $7/order.
That covers three picks, postage, and packaging — not a base rate you add fees onto later. Bigger orders with more items cost a little more; the price per order holds whether you ship 50 a month or 5,000.
There’s a $750/month account minimum, billed pay-the-difference: if a month of order billing lands under $750, you’re charged only the gap. No onboarding fee.

Simpl connects to the tools you already run on. Orders flow in automatically, and inventory counts update in real time, so what your store shows is what’s on the shelf. Shipping carriers are UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Returns
Every plan includes a branded returns portal. Your customer starts the return under your brand, not ours. We receive the item, inspect it, and put it back into your available inventory. You see the whole thing.
Orders go out right
Simpl ships at 99.99% order accuracy. When we do get one wrong, we fix it at our cost — return shipping and re-fulfillment, not your bill.
