What information do I need to fill out a Bill of Lading?
You'll usually need the shipper, consignee, carrier, shipment date, BoL number, third-party billing details (if applicable), package counts, weights, descriptions, NMFC numbers, and freight classes.
Can I use this Bill of Lading for LTL shipments?
