What boutique fulfillment looks like
Boutique fulfillment means someone else handles the warehouse so you can spend your time on product and customers. Your inventory lives in our Austin warehouse. When an order comes in from your store, we pick the items, pack them, and hand them to the carrier the same day. You keep your brand, your packaging, and your customer relationship.
Every order runs at 99.99% accuracy, and when we get one wrong, we fix it at our cost. Orders received before 12pm CT ship the same day through UPS, USPS, or FedEx, with no carrier markup. Returns come back through a branded portal included with your account.
We handle more than pick and pack: kitting and assembly, Amazon FBA prep, subscription boxes, and custom packaging inserts. If your brand needs it, ask.
