What is Simpl Fulfillment's same-day shipping cutoff?

12pm Central Time. An order that reaches Simpl Fulfillment before 12pm CT on a business day ships that same day from our warehouse in Austin, TX, with UPS, USPS, or FedEx. There is no extra charge for it: same-day shipping is part of the standard per-order rate, and it is one of the four promises on our guarantees page.

What happens after the cutoff

An order that comes in after 12pm CT, or on a Saturday or Sunday, ships on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday on Austin's clock, so an order placed at 3pm on a Friday leaves on Monday. If your store is on the East or West Coast, convert the cutoff to your local time before you set delivery expectations for customers.

Same-day shipping is not same-day delivery

The cutoff is about when the order leaves our warehouse, not when it arrives. By ground from Austin, delivery takes an estimated 1 to 2 business days to Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth, 2 to 3 to Oklahoma City, 2 to 4 to Denver, Chicago and Atlanta, and 3 to 5 to Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Seattle. Those are estimates; actual transit time depends on the carrier, the service and the ZIP code.

Peak season

We don't publish a separate cutoff or lead time for peak season. If you're planning a large Q4 promotion, tell your account manager ahead of time.
