How long is Simpl Fulfillment's contract, and how do I cancel?

Simpl Fulfillment's service agreement runs in 3-month terms that renew automatically. To cancel, give written notice at least 60 days before the end of your current term, and the agreement ends on that term's last day. Section 6 of our terms of service sets this out in full.

The deadline comes from your term's end date

Count back 60 days from the day your current term ends. That is your notice deadline, no matter when you decide to leave. Notice given by the deadline ends service when the current term ends, at least 60 days out. Notice given after it, even by a day, comes too late to stop the next renewal, so the agreement runs another three months and the earliest exit becomes the end of that next term, up to about five months away.

Say your term ends on March 31. Written notice by January 30 ends service on March 31. Notice on February 1 misses the deadline, the agreement renews from April 1, and the earliest it can end is June 30.

What happens after you give notice

• Fees keep running through the end of the current term, so plan your move around that date, not the day you send notice.

What you're committing to each term

Fulfillment starts at $7/order and includes postage, packaging, up to three picks and packing, with storage billed separately. Standard ecommerce fulfillment accounts carry a $750/month minimum, billed pay-the-difference, so a month under $750 is charged only the gap. Merch-drop fulfillment has no monthly minimum, and FBA-prep-only accounts have a 1,000-unit monthly minimum instead. Our pricing page has the details.
