Does Simpl Fulfillment do kitting and bundles?

Yes. Kitting and Assembly is one of Simpl Fulfillment's standard services, done in-house at our warehouse in Austin, Texas. We build product bundles, gift sets, variety packs, sample packs, promotional kits and subscription boxes from the components you send, then ship each finished kit like any other order. Kits can be pre-built ahead of time or assembled as orders come in, and kitting is quoted per bundle rather than priced from a published rate.

Pre-built or built to order

Pre-build when the combination is fixed and demand is predictable: a holiday gift set, a starter kit, a subscription run that ships on one date. A pre-built kit gets its own SKU, waits on the shelf finished, and ships at the speed of a single item. Build to order when customers mix and match or when you'd rather not tie components up in finished sets.

What you send

Components in bulk, the packaging the kit ships in (box, insert, tissue or crinkle paper), and a kit spec: what goes in, how many of each, and how it's arranged. Everything is received and counted before assembly starts, and receiving takes 1 to 3 days after arrival, so land inbound freight ahead of your assembly window. Gift wrapping and handwritten notes are offered if the kit is a gift.

What kitting costs

There's no published kitting rate. Kitting is quoted based on your bundle, because the labor depends on how many items go in and how much assembly each one needs. Order fulfillment starts at $7/order and covers picking, packing, packaging and postage; the kit build is quoted on top of that.
