Pure Acuity bookings stay in Acuity and do not need a 3PL.
How are returns handled on a Squarespace order?
Squarespace does not run a buyer-facing returns flow at the depth Shopify does, so most Squarespace stores coordinate returns with the buyer over email. When the merchant accepts a return, Simpl receives, inspects, and grades the inbound on the dock. Restock-eligible units write back to sellable in the Inventory panel within 48 hours, and refunds issue from the Squarespace order page after inspection.
