Yes. Simpl connects to your Seller Central account. FBM orders come to the warehouse, tracking and shipment confirmations post back, and the FBA inbound shipments we prep show up in Seller Central as shipments to Amazon. The connection is set up during onboarding.

FBM through Simpl absorbs the overflow. When Amazon caps your inbound for IPI or capacity reasons, orders for the affected ASINs route to Simpl and ship direct in your packaging while you wait for limits to reopen. You stay in stock on Amazon without sitting on inventory you cannot send to an Amazon fulfillment center.

No 3PL can, and Amazon says so on its own enrollment page: qualification depends solely on measured delivery performance during the trial, and Amazon is not responsible for commitments a fulfillment partner makes about SFP. Enrollment has been open to new sellers since late 2023 and runs in two steps. Prequalification looks at your past 90 days of seller-fulfilled orders: at least 100 packages, a cancellation rate under 2.5%, valid tracking above 95%, and a late shipment rate under 4%. Then comes a four-week trial in which you ship at least 100 Prime orders and meet the program bars, which as of September 2026 are on-time delivery of at least 93.5%, valid tracking of at least 99%, cancellations at or below 0.5%, and delivery-speed thresholds by size tier that Amazon refreshes quarterly. Simpl runs the warehouse side of those bars: same-day dispatch on orders in by 12pm CT and a carrier tracking number on every package. Delivery speed to each customer's ZIP depends on where your customers are relative to Austin, TX, so model that before you start a trial.

Yes. FNSKU labeling, polybagging with the suffocation warning, bubble wrap, bundling and kitting, and expiration-date labeling are all available, priced per unit by what each unit needs. Receiving, a basic inspection, boxes and dunnage, and creating the Amazon shipment plan are included. We prep to Amazon's current published requirements (checked September 2026). Simpl covers the warehouse side of them, not the whole account. As of September 2026, Amazon's targets for seller-fulfilled orders are a Late Shipment Rate under 4%, a pre-fulfillment cancel rate under 2.5%, and a Valid Tracking Rate above 95%, plus an Order Defect Rate under 1% on every account. Orders in by 12pm CT ship the same day, which is the Late Shipment Rate side. Every order ships with a UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking number that posts back to Seller Central, which is the Valid Tracking Rate side. Pre-fulfillment cancellations usually come from overselling or a seller decision; Simpl shows you on-hand stock in real time so listing quantities can be set against what is actually on the shelf. Order Defect Rate also counts negative feedback, A-to-z claims, and chargebacks, so no warehouse can promise it. What Simpl contributes there is 99.99% order accuracy, with errors corrected at Simpl's cost.

Yes. One unit at Simpl can ship to an Amazon FBM order, an FBA inbound, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, or a B2B order, whichever needs it first. You do not buy separate inventory for separate warehouses, and off-Amazon orders go out in your packaging.

Yes, on every channel. FBM orders ship in your branded box or mailer with your inserts. FBA prep inbounds use polybags and bubble wrap to Amazon's spec, because Amazon does the outbound packing for FBA orders. Shopify, TikTok Shop, and eBay orders ship in your packaging too.

Onboarding runs 5–7 days, and receiving takes 1–3 days once inventory arrives. Send your SKU count, mode mix, and current FBA position up front so prep specs and the Seller Central connection are set before the first inbound. If you are planning an SFP trial, Amazon prequalifies on your previous 90 days of seller-fulfilled performance, so the FBM history has to exist before the trial can start.
