STEP 01

Connect TikTok Shop

Simpl integrates with TikTok Shop, so your orders come straight to us to be packed and shipped. Onboarding takes 5–7 days, and there's no onboarding fee.

STEP 02

Send us your inventory

Ship your stock to our Austin warehouse. We receive it within 1–3 days of arrival, and from then on you can see your inventory levels in real time.

STEP 03

We pick, pack and ship

Orders that reach us before 12pm CT ship the same day with UPS, USPS or FedEx. Picking, packing, postage and packaging are all part of the per-order rate.

STEP 04

Tracking syncs back

Every shipment gets a tracking number, and it syncs back to the TikTok Shop order. Simpl sends no shipping emails; any shipping message your customer gets comes from TikTok Shop.

Orders that aren't Fulfilled by TikTok also count toward your on-time delivery rate, which needs to stay at 80% or higher. Those numbers belong to your shop whoever packs the box. Our part is the warehouse: a same-day cutoff and a tracking number on every shipment.

Can Simpl ship samples to creators?

What happens with returns?
Returns Management is one of Simpl's services, and every client gets a branded returns portal. If you want us to handle returns, say so when you ask for a quote.
