What does eBay fulfillment with Simpl cost?

Is there a monthly minimum?
Yes. The minimum is $750 a month, billed pay-the-difference: if your orders bill under $750 in a month, you pay only the gap. At the lightest weight (0.5 lb or under) that's about 100 shipments, and heavier shipments reach it with fewer orders. If your eBay store ships well under that most months, run the numbers before you switch.
I pack my eBay orders myself right now. How do I switch?
Start with a quote. Onboarding takes 5–7 days and there's no onboarding fee. You send your inventory to our Austin warehouse, where receiving takes 1–3 days. After that, new eBay orders come to us through the integration and we ship them.
Do my buyers get emails from Simpl?
No. Simpl doesn't email your buyers. When an order ships, the tracking number syncs back to the eBay order, and any shipping notice your buyer gets comes from eBay.
Does same-day shipping help me get Top Rated Plus?
It covers the shipping part. Under eBay's seller standards policy, Top Rated Plus listings need same- or 1-business-day handling and free returns of 30 days or more, and you have to be a Top Rated Seller first, which depends on your sales history and your defect, late shipment and tracking rates. Top Rated Plus sellers get a 10% discount on final value fees. Orders that reach us before 12pm CT ship the same day. Your handling time, returns policy and seller rating stay with your eBay account.
Which carriers do you use for eBay orders?
UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is included in the per-order rate with no carrier markup, and every shipment gets a tracking number that updates in real time.
Can Simpl ship orders from my other sales channels too?
Yes. Besides eBay, Simpl integrates with Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Squarespace stores and with Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. There's also an open API for custom integrations.
How do returns work?
Every Simpl client gets a branded returns portal, included in the service. Returns management is one of our core services, alongside order fulfillment.
