Freshness comes down to rotation. We pick first-in, first-out (FIFO) and track expiration and best-by dates in our ShipHero warehouse management system, so older stock ships first and nothing sits past its date. You get real-time inventory and order visibility the whole way.
Orders in by 12pm CT ship the same day. We pick and pack at 99.99% accuracy, and when we get an order wrong we cover the return shipping and re-fulfillment. Pricing starts at $7/order, and every account gets a dedicated account manager you can reach by email with same-day responses.
