We have a small minimum of $750/month to offer the service we do. We simply bill the difference if you don't spend $750 in 1 month with us. As our fees are bundled, meeting this minimum is pretty easy. Depending on your products, around 100-130 orders/month more than fully cover our minimum which makes it much easier to reach than other 3PLs. This also allows us to work with brands of all sizes. We want everyone to be able to have access.

Our pricing works where postage, fulfillment, and standard packaging are included in one flat fee per order based on the weight. This way, you'll never be left guessing what you're paying per order. We have negotiated rates with all the major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and some international ones. As we're focused on delivering a high quality of service, we try to avoid DHL eCommerce.
We use plain brown corrugate boxes in various sizes and recycled mailers. We'll always do our best to use the perfect size box to fit your items to prevent waste. We use kraft tape on all of our packages to reduce plastic and secure your products. We're always working to find the highest quality, sustainable packaging. Of course, if you need anything beyond this, we'll help you source it! Our standard packaging is completely free!
It's completely free! We're constantly working to build the best technology and tools for our clients to power their eCommerce fulfillment and operations. Our software includes the returns portal, inventory management and tracking, order management, automation rules, and more!
Yes! We have a new offering where we can print custom gift messages/inserts to put into orders so that the insert can be completely customized. We're really excited to offer this! We also can add handwritten notes to your orders - just reach out to the team for more details.
Of course! We love helping brands use custom packaging to further personalize the experience. We'll work with you to get everything set up, and we only charge you to store the packaging - that's it. If you have more complex packaging needs, we will also work with you to figure out a solution for that!
