Terms and Conditions
We will not start our turnaround time until we the product and stock and an outbound request submitted.
All damaged/extra items will be donated or destroyed after 30 days if you do not advise us what to do with the inventory via email.
Any inventory being stored will be donated or destroyed after 1 month of storage fees non-payment.
All shipments and removals must have your company name on it as well as ours. This is explained in the Google Sheet.
We provide fee reimbursements to you for products that have been mislabeled. We require that the products are sent back to us and we will provide pictures to you of mislabeled items.
We reserve the right to retain inventory if an invoice goes unpaid.
We have a min of 10 units per SKU and 50 units per shipment. If this isn't met, we will bill for it regardless.
We will not disclose or use any supplier information to any outside, third-party. Client confidentiality is incredibly important to us.
